Rooted Growth โ€” Courageous Emergence

Something in your team has stopped working. And everyone can feel it.

Maybe the change isn’t landing. Maybe the trust has quietly eroded. Maybe people are talking past each other โ€” or not talking at all โ€” and the harder you push for alignment, the further away it feels.

Most organizations know what needs to change. The harder problem is creating the conditions where people can actually be honest, hear each other, and move forward together. That’s the work I do.

Let’s talk about what’s happening in your team โ†’
Teams & Organizations โ€” Is This You?

Your team is going through change โ€” a restructure, a merger, a shift in direction โ€” and the process feels more fractured than forward-moving.

There’s conflict in the room that nobody is naming directly, but it’s shaping everything.

You’re trying to build collaboration across real difference โ€” cultural, generational, ideological โ€” and it keeps hitting a wall.

Leadership development programs have given your people frameworks and competencies, but something deeper โ€” trust, courage, honest dialogue โ€” still isn’t there.

You’ve had the strategy conversations. You need the human ones.

Leaders & Individuals โ€” Is This You?

You’re in a transition โ€” in your role, your identity, or your sense of direction โ€” and the old map no longer fits.

You’re functioning, even succeeding โ€” but something has quietly shifted in what you want, or who you’re becoming.

You find yourself performing different versions of yourself depending on who’s in the room, and losing track of what’s actually true for you.

You know what you should do. You can’t quite access what you need to do.

Something in your leadership feels like it no longer belongs to you โ€” and you want to find your way back to yourself.

Whether you’re navigating this as a system or as a person โ€” the work begins in the same place: honest presence, and the courage to look Deeper.
A grounded, relational approach to change

I support individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate change with clarity, courage, and resilience โ€” especially in the moments when old ways no longer fit and something new is trying to emerge.

Through systemic facilitation, dialogue, and the Wild Wisdom approach, I create spaces where people reconnect with their identity, agency, and collective strength โ€” so that real transformation, not just managed change, becomes possible.

Originally from the Middle East and now based in the Netherlands, I bring a cross-cultural, relational, and systems-aware perspective to every space I hold.

How I work

Systemic Awareness

Seeing the patterns, relationships, and contexts shaping people and organizations โ€” including the ones nobody is saying out loud.

Dialogue & Relationship

Creating spaces where honesty, listening, and deeper connection can emerge โ€” across difference, tension, and complexity.

Agency & Courage

Supporting people to step more fully into their role in shaping change โ€” not from certainty, but from clarity.

Resilience & Renewal

Helping individuals and teams move through challenge toward renewed strength โ€” not by hardening, but by reconnecting with what matters.

Signature Method

Wild Wisdom

Wild Wisdom is my approach to leadership, dialogue, and transformation โ€” inspired by living systems in nature. It draws on the intelligence found in adaptation, interdependence, rootedness, and emergence.

In times of uncertainty, nature reminds us that resilience is not hardness. It is relationship, flexibility, and the capacity to respond while staying rooted in what matters most.

When Defending Became Listening

A charged Israeli-Palestinian dialogue moved from accusation and protection into emotional honesty and shared humanity.

Embodying Change Before Talking About It

At a systemic change gathering, 120 participants experienced connection before discussing collaboration.

The Conversation Nobody Was Having

A polarised group discovered that conflict, when held well, can become the doorway into recognition.

Different spaces for different kinds of transition

For Organizations & Teams

When change is needed but something human is getting in the way โ€” trust, honest dialogue, collaboration across difference. I work with teams and organizations navigating complexity, conflict, and the harder questions that strategy alone can’t answer.

For Leaders & Executives

When your role is growing but your sense of self needs to catch up. When leadership feels performed rather than lived. I work with leaders who want to lead from a more honest, grounded, and courageous place.
